1. Acceptance

By using Pulse ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. What Pulse Is

Pulse is a free, open-source focus timer web application. It uses the Pomodoro Technique methodology to help you structure focused work sessions and breaks.

3. No Account Required

Pulse does not require registration or login. All data is stored locally in your browser. We have no access to your data.

4. Provided As-Is

Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
That the timer will be perfectly accurate
That your locally stored data will persist indefinitely
Fitness for any particular purpose

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pulse or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own device, browser, and data. If you clear your browser data, your Pulse sessions will be lost. We recommend taking breaks as the App suggests — don't overwork yourself.

7. Intellectual Property

The Pulse name, logo, and design are proprietary. The Pomodoro Technique is a trademark of Francesco Cirillo. Pulse is an independent timer application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Francesco Cirillo.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
